Quietude

This very personal series documents my quest for minimalism, using a palette I’m drawn to.

During the months of searching for less, I removed photography, obscured collage details, but left texture and mark-making. As I removed elements, I found myself, in the editor I have always been, imposed on the artist I’ve become. The results hint at the months of edits and decision-making, but feel optimal: just enough interest for me.

    Hello Liz,
Perhaps you’ve noticed my comments on your artwork from time to time.
Now I am admiring the organizational skills. Handsome web site.
I hope to make it the Thursday meeting.
