Lobby

This abstracted geometric image grew from an almost obscured photograph of a hotel lobby in New York City, barely visible in the bottom center. While the shot was admittedly out of focus, I was attracted to the way that the light then seemed so much softer, and it tied the composition and colors together beautifully….
