Do you see trees? Bones? Or just stripes from junk mail envelopes? I tried to remove representation in this series, but here, it snuck in more than in other pieces.

What this really is: several collages exploring stripes as a theme, layered with printmaking experiments and even some batik, combined to fit my current palette.
