Life imitates art, or vice-versa: just keep adding layers, making decisions, until sense emerges.

This piece got its start in 2021, with the analog piece “fly before the cold” flipped upside down. The very next layer, a batik paint experiment, added a much more intense blue, and some great, natural lines along the right side. Other additions were used just in spots, to add interest and colour in the middle. The top right has a Rectangle element, and the middle gets a light peach lift from a watercolour wash layer.
