I can’t think of the strong women in my family tree without also thinking of all the ways they provided for their families with their own hands.
This image dresses up a tree and horizon with detail from hand crochet, Canadian currency via microscope, and a few distant female relations. A teal texture built from 6 layers provides the base, and ochre textures are laid over top with a complex mask of 9 layers.
